DG is currently promoting its business strategy support venture capital business within a section attached to the Solutions Division and the Portal/Gateway Division, the company's business mainstays. The launch of DG Incubation, Inc. will establish, intensify and expand the functions of its business strategy support venture capital business. It will enable DG to swiftly discover, evaluate and foster companies that will contribute to the consolidated operating results of the DG Group. DG Incubation will serve as an intermediary for those companies and invite majority investment from DG's main body.

The functions of its business strategy support venture capital business, previously handled by DG, will be transferred to DG Incubation. Along with this transference, the operating results of the business will be reflected in the operating section of the profit-and-loss statement in the consolidated financial statements.

DG Incubation plans to aggressively invest in unlisted companies, by forming venture funds jointly with venture capitalists and business partners. By effectively facilitating synergy between new investee companies and DG group companies, DG Incubation aims at generating income as a result of the well-planned sale of equities.
