DG will split its subsidiary, DG Solutions Inc., (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, henceforth DGS) in August and will transfer its operations to Ibex&rims, Inc. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, henceforth Ibex&rims), a sales promotion subsidiary of DGS, and DG Media Marketing, Inc. (Head office: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, henceforth DGMM), its Web advertising subsidiary.

Today, the Internet is being commoditized and the purchasing activities of consumers are becoming increasingly diversified. As a result, corporate marketing activities centering on mass advertising must assume a leading role in business. Over a long period of time, advertising and marketing activities have been connecting corporations and clients, manufacturers and distributors and brands and consumers. We consider that finding and optimizing new solutions for restructuring and revitalizing these connections is indispensable to the success and increased profits of our client companies in the future.

As a result of the reshuffling of our solutions business subsidiaries, DGS becomes an intermediate holding company and Ibex&rims starts afresh as DG&Ibex, Inc.

The reorganization will integrate the promotion partner functions of Ibex&rims with the IT solutions resources accumulated by DGS. In order to satisfy the business demands of clients at a higher level, DG&Ibex will be reborn as a new-era solutions professional, providing one-stop digital and real-world solutions.

Meanwhile, DGS's Web advertising business will be transferred to DGMM. This transference will increase the efficiency of business operations and further fortify the business foundation, as it will eliminate overlapping operations previously handled by both companies.

A solutions business group company, Creative Garage, Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) will continue with the creative business, dealing in design and content creation.

DG will continue its efforts at strengthening the management functions of group companies, aiming at the advancement of the entire group to improve its corporate value.
