ECONTEXT, Inc., a subsidiary of Digital Garage, Inc. (JASDAQ code: 4819, Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Kaoru Hayashi), which operates settlement and distribution platforms, went public on the Osaka Stock Exchange’s “Nippon New Market Hercules” on June 23.
