Digital Garage’s Portfolio Company, Goodpatch is Approved for Listing on the TSE’s Mothers Section

Goodpatch Inc. (HQ: Tokyo; Founder & CEO: Naofumi Tsuchiya; Goodpatch) , a portfolio company of Digital Garage, Inc. (TSE first section: 4819; HQ: Tokyo; Representative Director, President Executive Officer and Group CEO: Kaoru Hayashi; DG) , is approved for listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s Mothers section on May 27 2020. Goodpatch’s shares are scheduled to be listed on June 30 2020.

DG group has been supporting Goodpatch, a company focusing on to provide UI/UX design and business model design for clients, since their seed stage as the first investor, such as creating national business alliances, assisting their global expansion and sending one of DG’s directors. At Open Network Lab, a seed accelerator program run by DG, Mr. Tsuchiya has been providing various supports for participating startups as a mentor. DG and Goodpatch will continue creating a strong alliance to bridge both business fields. Further, DG will continue incubating Goodpatch and together promote supporting startups and new business development.
