Integrating Multiple Payment Methods to Improve Operational Efficiency and Enhance End-user Convenience
DG Financial Technology, Inc. (HQ: Tokyo; Representative Director, President and Co-COO: Hiroshi Shino; “DGFT”), a subsidiary of Digital Garage, Inc. (HQ: Tokyo; Representative Director, President Executive Officer and Group CEO: Kaoru Hayashi), which operates the Group’s payment business, announced that it will provide Cloud Pay Neo, part of DGFT’s QR code payment solution Cloud Pay, for the new system at Crane Yokocho Kiwami Konan Funabashi Hanawa Inter Store. The store is a large-scale amusement facility operated by AEON Fantasy Co., LTD. (HQ: Chiba Prefecture; President and Representative Director: Tokuya Fujiwara), scheduled to open in mid-February 2026.

Through the provision of Cloud Pay Neo, a cashless payment service that does not require dedicated payment terminals, DGFT will enable low-cost and fast cashless payments at amusement facilities while contributing to AEON Fantasy’s efforts toward operational DX (digital transformation). The service reduces the operational burden associated with tasks such as exchanging coins for 100-yen coins and issuing or charging store-specific house money (prepaid cards), thereby achieving both greater operational efficiency and an improved customer experience.
■ Outlook
DGFT plans to expand service deployment to additional AEON Fantasy locations. By strengthening alliances and enhancing functionality, DGFT will continue to deliver optimal cashless services tailored to operational models and business needs within the amusement industry. Through these efforts, DGFT aims to contribute to improved operational efficiency and sales growth for a wide range of businesses from SMEs to large enterprises, while also helping to realize a safe, secure, and convenient cashless society for users.

◉About Cloud Pay Services
Cloud Pay is one of Japan’s largest* QR code payment platforms, offering bundled payment services that enable merchants to use multiple payment brands through a single contract with DGFT. One of the offerings, Cloud Pay Neo, allows customers to make payments by simply scanning a QR code displayed at the store. In addition to cashless payments such as credit cards and various QR code payment methods, the service also supports the handling and centralized management of cash transactions.
Because payments are completed via smartphones, no dedicated payment terminals are required, enabling a seamless payment experience that connects online and offline channels.
In addition, all payment data, including cash transactions, can be centrally managed within Cloud Pay Neo, making it possible to visualize usage trends and leverage data insights.
