NESTA, the Next-Generation Payment Platform Jointly Developed by DGFT and au Financial Service, Begins Providing Payment Processing for au/UQ mobile Telecommunication Billing
Full-Scale Rollout of High-Quality Payment Services for KDDI Group Companies
DG Financial Technology, Inc. (HQ: Tokyo; Representative Director, President and Co-COO: Hiroshi Shino; hereinafter “DGFT”), a subsidiary of Digital Garage, Inc. (TSE Prime section: 4819; HQ: Tokyo; Representative Director, President Executive Officer and Group CEO: Kaoru Hayashi), which operates the Group’s payment business, announced that it has begun providing the next-generation payment platform “NESTA,” jointly developed with au Financial Service Corporation (HQ: Tokyo; Chief Executive Officer: Atsushi Nagano; hereinafter “au Financial Service”).
As the first implementation of the platform, NESTA has been introduced for the processing of au/UQ mobile telecommunications billing. The service rollout was completed as planned in December 2025, and the platform became operational following a phase to confirm stable operation.
■ About the Next-Generation Payment Platform “NESTA”
NESTA is a next-generation payment platform jointly developed by DGFT and au Financial Service as part of their business alliance established in May 2024. Built on DGFT’s multi-payment service “VeriTrans4G,” it delivers a highly secure platform that fully complies with industry-leading standards for non-retention and non-transmission of card information, thereby reducing the risk of information leakage. Its flexible scalability also minimizes the operational burden on client companies when additional service features or security requirements arise.
■ Initiatives and Future Outlook
DGFT and au Financial Service will continue to collaborate to promote the deployment of the NESTA payment platform across various services within the KDDI Group, as well as to companies outside the Group.
In addition, Digital Garage Group and au Financial Service will accelerate joint development of new payment services aimed at medium- to long-term business expansion. By combining their respective management resources and expertise in the payment domain, the companies aim to expand their share and strengthen their positioning in the rapidly growing cashless payment market.

Together with its strategic partner au Financial Service, DGFT has achieved the full-scale launch of the next-generation payment platform “NESTA” after approximately two years of development.
