Digital Garage’s Payment Platforms “Cloud Pay” and “Cloud Pay Neo” Integrate with KONAMI’s Electronic Money Service “PASELI”

Accelerating Payment DX in Amusement Facilities and Enabling Centralized Management of Multiple Cashless Payment Services and “PASELI” Through a Single QR Code

2026.10.28

Digital Garage, Inc. (TSE Prime section: 4819; HQ: Tokyo; Representative Director, President Executive Officer and Group CEO: Kaoru Hayashi; “Digital Garage”) and its payment subsidiary, DG Financial Technology, Inc. (HQ: Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Keizo Odori; “DGFT”), announced that they will gradually begin integrating KONAMI’s electronic money service “PASELI (Website only in Japanese)” with their payment platforms “Cloud Pay (Website only in Japanese)” and “Cloud Pay Neo (Website only in Japanese).”

■ Background and Purpose
“PASELI,” an electronic money service for play offered by Konami Arcade Games Co., Ltd., was launched in 2010 as a pioneering electronic money service in the amusement industry. It has a strong user base and is used frequently, particularly among dedicated gaming fans. In recent years, PASELI has expanded its support for various payment scenarios within amusement facilities, including the introduction of QR code payments through the “PASELI App.”
Meanwhile, “Cloud Pay,” offered by the Digital Garage Group, is a multi-brand payment solution that enables merchants to introduce and operate multiple QR code payment services simply by displaying or installing a single QR code. By centralizing merchant contracts, payment settlement, and administrative operations, Cloud Pay improves operational efficiency and has been increasingly adopted as a payment infrastructure solution across a wide range of industries, including amusement facilities (*1).
This integration was driven by the alignment between users’ demand for more opportunities to use PASELI and the Digital Garage Group’s efforts to improve the efficiency of cashless payments at amusement facilities. As a result, “Cloud Pay” and “Cloud Pay Neo” for amusement facilities will support PASELI, with service integration to be rolled out gradually.

■ Comments
Shunsuke Kitada (Corporate Officer, CCA, Head of Financial Marketing Division, Digital Garage, Inc.)
Through our “Cloud Pay” series, we have been working to develop payment infrastructure that can be easily introduced at amusement facilities while respecting their existing equipment and operational workflows.
Our value proposition goes beyond simply introducing cashless payments. We aim to contribute to comprehensive DX for amusement facilities by providing end-to-end support for improving operational efficiency and increasing customer lifetime value (LTV) through AI-driven data utilization and features such as loyalty points, with payments serving as the starting point.
The integration with “PASELI,” which is widely supported by game players, is an important initiative that will significantly enhance user convenience while making the cashless payment environment at amusement facilities even more attractive. Through this integration, we will continue to create richer and more seamless payment experiences for both amusement facility operators and players.

■ Outlook
The Digital Garage Group will continue to enhance the functionality of its payment solutions to meet the needs of specific industries, including amusement facilities, and individual merchants. By providing a wide range of payment methods through a unified platform, the Group aims to help merchants expand sales and improve operational efficiency while contributing to the realization of a sustainable cashless society.

■ About the Cloud Pay Series
The “Cloud Pay” series is one of Japan’s largest (*2) payment platforms for bundled QR code payment services, enabling merchants to accept multiple payment brands through a single contract with DGFT. The series includes “Cloud Pay” (Patent No. 7303664), which enables customers to pay using various code-based payment services simply by scanning an in-store QR code with their smartphones, and “Cloud Pay Neo” (Patent No. 7641080), which supports a wide range of payment methods, including QR code and credit card payments.
In addition to payment services, the series offers “Cloud Pay REGI” (Website only in Japanese), which integrates with automated payment machines and cash register functions to support cash payments; “Cloud Pay Marketing” (Website only in Japanese), which uses payment touchpoints to support sales promotion and drive store visits; and “Cloud Pay Business,” which supports store operations such as sales and inventory management. Through these services, the series provides comprehensive support to help businesses improve operational efficiency, promote sales, attract customers, and strengthen customer touchpoints.
